Be specific. Intersections, landmarks, block numbers. Avoid exact addresses of private residences.

Use descriptors, not legal names. Example: "Male, approx 30s, grey hoodie, agitated". Include yourself and any team members present.
04NARRATIVE
Be factual. Describe what you did and said, not what you felt or assumed. "I said X" not "I tried to calm them down".

Attach photos from the scene. Each photo can have a caption describing what it shows. Photos are embedded directly in the report. Faces of uninvolved persons should be obscured before uploading.
