This Is a Training Aid

NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR REAL TRAINING

This simulator teaches concepts and frameworks. It cannot replicate the physical presence, emotional weight, tone of voice, body language, or unpredictability of a real crisis situation. Good choices in this game do not mean you are ready to handle a real one.

GET REAL TRAINING
Mental Health First Aid (8-hour certified course, available in Canada, US, and UK)
ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, 2-day, internationally recognised)
Verbal Judo / De-escalation courses (offered through police foundations, community colleges, and private providers)

YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST

In any real situation: call 999 or 911 first. Never approach a situation that puts you in immediate physical danger. De-escalation is for situations where it is safe enough to engage. If it is not safe, your job is to observe, document, and wait for trained emergency services.
